Aetos Construction was born out of necessity and a desire to bring quality construction to San Antonio. In early 2013, Jeff and Laura Surface found themselves at a crossroads. After 30 years in the construction business, Jeff’s employer decided to take a different direction. Following their faith, the Surfaces decided to start their own business and formed Aetos Construction, LLC. Their desire was to create a company founded on biblical principles including trust, honesty and quality workmanship.
Word soon got around and professional contacts were reaching out to Aetos to bid projects all over south Texas. Over the last few years, Aetos has enjoyed continued growth in the construction industry taking on bigger and more complex projects to include several Marriott Hotels throughout Texas and in Denver, Co.
Today, Aetos Construction is a turnkey company for all site preparation and underground utilities requirements for projects of all sizes. Site preparation is the key to the successful start and foundation of any project. We do the full myriad of services for site preparation such as site cut, fill and removal; clearing, grading, pad preparation, paving, and concrete work. In addition to site work we also do flat work, demolition and underground utilities such as domestic water, fire lines, sanitary sewer and storm water drainage systems.
